Zaida is a Criminal Defense Paralegal at Texas Criminal Defense Group, where she supports attorneys through legal research, document drafting, and client communication. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology and her Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating Cum Laude in both.
Prior to her current role, Zaida interned with the Office of the Attorney General- Dallas, where she assisted with administrative operations and supported civil investigations. She plans to leverage her paralegal experience as a foundation for a future career as an analyst with the federal government.
Outside of work, Zaida enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
