Kristie Falbo is a Houston native who worked as a prosecutor for nine years in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania before returning to her home state of Texas. Kristie has applied her legal prowess in approximately 50 jury trials in addition to hundreds of bench trials and hearings.
Thorough legal research and preparation comprise the backbone for her strong presentation skills, which she regularly and unfailingly demonstrates before judges, juries, and clients alike. Kristie is happy to better the lives of others by sharing her knowledge at the police academy and a local community college.
Kristie relies on clearheaded logic as her trademark approach to every case. However, what sets her apart is her ability to exercise both rationality and empathy simultaneously while remaining sensitive to each client’s unique struggles and desires.
Kristie matriculated at Pepperdine University, where she earned a B.A. in International Studies with an emphasis in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. As an undergraduate, she worked one semester as a Congressional intern in Washington, D.C. and spent summers studying abroad in Buenos Aires and South Africa.
Kristie graduated with her J.D. in 2013 from Widener University School of Law (now Widener Law Commonwealth). She was a member of Law Review and Moot Court. Her awards include the Widener Law Journal Award for Distinguished Legal Scholarship and the Widener University School of Law Outstanding Service Award.
Kristie’s dedication to her studies earned her a spot on the Dean’s List for 4 semesters. She also received Certificates of Achievement in Legal Methods II and Criminal Law and was honored to be named to a summer internship at FEMA in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. When she is not practicing law, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her dog, Penelope.
