Mr. Kimble has been a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Texas since 2021. Following his admission to the Texas Bar, he has served as an Associate with Dunham & Jones, P.C. (Dallas, TX) and as a Staff Attorney with Alto–USA (Dallas, TX). Prior to becoming an attorney in the State of Texas, he practiced in Georgia from 2001 to 2020. From 2008 to 2020, he served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Georgia Public Defenders Standard Council for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit, where he handled misdemeanor and complex felony cases in the Superior Courts of Bartow and Gordon Counties. In this capacity, Mr. Kimble represented indigent clients with criminal issues through his counseling, negotiation, and trial/advocacy skills.
Mr. Kimble has served as a member and volunteer with non–profit organizations including: Moving in the Spirit (Youth Dance Organization), The National Black Arts Festival, Big Brothers/Big Sisters (Metro Atlanta, GA and Denton County, TX), The Georgia Legal Services Program and United Way of Metro Atlanta’s Volunteer Improvement Program for Board Training.
Mr. Kimble is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Suffolk University Law School, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and a Juris Doctor degree.
